Optimization via Suspension-Velocity Analysis
The chassis was systematically optimized over multiple laps using suspension velocity telemetry. The focus was on symmetry of damper values between left and right as well as the ratio of bump to rebound — both in the slow and fast range. Additionally, tire pressures were adjusted to their ideal values based on inside/outside temperature differentials.
Over 1 Second Faster per Lap
The result: Over 1 second gain per lap compared to the baseline setup. The car sits noticeably more stable overall and behaves more predictably in fast direction changes. The improved balance is particularly noticeable in the demanding sectors of the Steilstrecke and the middle section of the Nordschleife.
